Crispy Turkish Pastry with Feta Cheese


Turkish Borek Recipe

Ingredients:

2 filo pastry
250 gram (2 cups) feta cheese
2 eggs (one of them for top)
100 ml (1/2 cup) milk
100 ml (1/2 cup) oil
10 branches of parsley
Black cumin


Start by mixfinely chopped parsleys with feta cheese

Add vegetable oil 


Add milk















Brush some of the egg mix on the filo pastry




Cover it with another filo pastry sheet



Brush with egg mixture again and place the cheese









Transfer on the baking paper


Transfer on the baking paper


Brush some agg yolk on the borek



You can garnishwith black cumin or sesame seed



Bake for about 20-25 minutes on 200 C (400 F) preheated oven
