Hummus Recipe



Simple Turkish Hummus with Tahini

  
Ingredients 

3 cups chickpeas
3 tablespoons tahini
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 cloves garlic
Salt
4 tablespoons olive oil
Sumac
Pickle
Walnuts


Fall asleep dried chickpeas in a large bowl


Fill with water


Soak chickpeas for aroud 10 - 12 hours


After 12 hours cook them for 30 minutes in pressure cooker


Transfer boilea chickpeas into blender


Add the garlic

Add olive oil


Add lemon juice
